Simple mediation matters can resolve quickly (weeks/months). Matters requiring court litigation can take 12 to 18 months or longer. We prioritise efficient resolution to save you time and cost.
What is the difference between a family lawyer and a mediator (FDRP)?
A family lawyer provides legal advice and representation. A mediator (Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner) is a neutral third party who facilitates negotiation to help parties reach a voluntary agreement outside of court. Our team offers both services.
